VR, graphics, new consoles: we all hear about the technological advances in video gaming. However, what makes titles like The Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, Skyrim, and The Legend of Zelda stand out is their compelling storytelling. Video games are the newest medium for sharing deep, thought-provoking stories.
One of my favorite game companies, Bethesda, is well known for its fan connection. I look at Bethesda's history and how they created this relationship through in-game and out-of-game storytelling.
